Question 1

Will it say something wrong about my business?

Accepted Answer

It's built not to. Articles state nothing specific about you unless it's on the fact list you keep in Settings, and prices, guarantees and comparisons stay off until you allow them. If you'd rather read everything first, turn off Publish automatically.

Question 2

How is this different from hiring an agency or a freelancer?

Accepted Answer

It costs a fraction: agencies usually charge $500 to $2,000 a month, and a daily article from a freelancer runs $1,500 or more. Rankside does the daily writing, publishing and rank tracking for $49, with no briefs to write. Agencies also do link building and Google Business Profile work, which Rankside doesn't.

Question 3

Is it written by AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An AI agent writes each article from your services, your towns and the facts you've confirmed, in the tone it learned from your site. You can read and edit anything before it goes out, or let it publish on its own.

Question 4

How much of my time does this take?

Accepted Answer

Setup is five short steps, and most of the details come from your homepage. After that it runs on its own. The only regular thing you'll get is a Monday email.

Question 5

Do I need a WordPress site?

Accepted Answer

No. Rankside publishes straight to WordPress, or hosts a blog on your own domain, like blog.yourbusiness.com. You can also copy and paste articles into any other site.

Question 6

Can I read articles before they go live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Turn off Publish automatically in Settings, and each article waits as a draft until you approve it. Nothing goes out without you.

Question 7

Will this get me to the top of Google?

Accepted Answer

We can't promise a position, and nobody honestly can. What it does is publish a useful article every day and check where you show up every Monday. You'll see the movement, up or down, in your weekly email.

Question 8

Where do the topics come from?

Accepted Answer

Your services, your towns, and the questions customers ask before they call: cost, timing, warning signs. You can see the next topics in line and why each one was chosen. Topics from search data and competitor gaps are in progress.

Question 9

What does it cost after the trial?

Accepted Answer

$49 a month per website, with everything included. The first 7 days are free. We take your card to start and email you 2 days before the first charge.

Question 10

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your articles stay on your site, and the daily work stops. Cancel any time from Settings, under Plan & billing. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.

Question 11

What won't it do?

Accepted Answer

It doesn't manage your Google Business Profile, reply to reviews, build backlinks or run ads. Articles are text only, without images. It writes, publishes and checks, and tells you what it found.
